Joseph Norfleet is serving life in prison after missing his intended target in a drive-by shooting and killing a 9-year-old boy in 1994. In this video, Jeffrey Goldberg visits him in the Louisiana State Penitentiary to discuss his experience in prison and the prospect of rehabilitation.
